The experts within the Land Governance Think Tank are distinguished professionals and thought leaders with extensive experience in land policy, law, governance, and development practice. They include university faculty, legal scholars, economists, surveyors, environmental planners, and policy practitioners who have contributed to national and regional land reform processes. Many have served as advisors to government ministries, commissions, and international organizations, bringing deep practical insight into the complex dynamics of land administration and management.

Prof. Peter M. Ngau is a consulting urban planner and associate researcher with the Centre for Urban Research and Innovations (CURI), University of Nairobi. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has over forty years of university teaching, research and consultancy experience. He has served with UN as National Expert, United Nations Center for Regional Planning (UNCRD) – Africa Office (1995-2001); University of Nairobi as Chairman of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning (2002- 2008), Principal, College of Architecture & Engineering (CAE) (2015-2020).
